Vyette Obura Opens Up On Getting Back Into Relationship With Bahati

Kenyan Singer Bahati's baby mama Yvette Obura, a successful entrepreneur and influential figure on social media, recently shared valuable insights about her personal life. She specifically delved on her romantic entanglement and the challenges of co-parenting with singer Kevin Kioko Bahati. Obura who was speaking during an Interview at Mpasho Live opened up on various aspects of her life, and her nature of relationship with Bahati and his wife Diana Marua. Vyette Obura praised Bahati for being supportive in the co-parenting journey. She however expressed strong stance against infidelity. “Am not dating and I love it hear. I had somebody but shit happens. I dont share my man and if I get into a situation where I feel like I am sharing, then it’s a wrap… I dont entertain flirting, cheating anything. I gave him several chances. There is no possibility of getting back with him,” she noted. About his relationship with Bahati he said, “We do talk, but we got to a place where we were like we can just be friends. He was on my next of kin and I was on his next of kin list, It was that serious. Vyette Obura noted that she has not had any problem in co-parenting their daughter Mueni. “Co-parenting is amazing. I think the only fight we have with bahati is that anataka Mueni akae kwake sana. Hatujawahi pigana. They are amazing people,” she said. Yvette Obura addressing rumours about getting back with Bahati: “When? Never! My break-up happened last year, so ilihappen Lini? Make it make sense,” she said.l “Diana Bahati is such an amazing mum and am giving her her flowers. There’s this one time I had a very bad mental break-down and she took Mueni for like two weeks. Huwezi lea mtoi ukiwa mentally unwell. Hio ndio siku nakaanga hivi najiambia this girl is heaven sent. Hata nguo mob sinunuliangi Mueni. Anakujanga tu ananiambia ni Diana amenunua. Anamwitanga mum,” she said

Kenyan Musician Willy Paul has disclosed shocking details on why he ditched gospel Music for secular hits. The singer whose fame has continued to grow after he recently released Gifted Hands Album shared the revelation, highlighting that he passed through hard moments that pushed him out of the gospel music industry. Speaking during an Interview with a local radio station, the singer noted that some undisclosed people made his life gospel music industry so hard that he had to quit. "So much happened. At times you get to a point where you feel that 'If I don't quit I'll die'. You are left with no choice but to leave such environment. A lot things happened when I was in gospel music music industry. I don't want to Start finger but they know themselves," he said. The 'Kitanzi' hitmaker went further and said that ditching Gospel music was a good decision, or he would have other resoryed to suic!de. He noted that he doesn't regret the decision. "The people I was working with know well what they did to me. I chose not to speak but made a decision I don't regret to date. Should I not have taken the move, you would have heard stories that I became made or committed su!cide. The environment was so toxic."

How government is planning to recover lost school days

Fresh details have emerged on how the government through the ministry of Education plans to recover time lost following the indefinite postponement of schools. As the holiday extends into the second week the since its postponement, the Ministry of Education is planning to adjust the school calendar for second term and third term to accommodate the lost days. According to information shared by Nation Media in May 6, the second term and the third term will be extended. The August holiday which was slated to run for the weeks may be shortened to help in the recovery of the lost time. Further, part of the scheduled December holiday may be used as part of third term. While quoting the Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu, the news paper however disclosed that the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) will not be impacted. Last week, President William Ruto announced further postponement of schools following heavy rains that has caused havoc in the country, making transport in many parts of the country a nightmare.
