Brian Chira died after a hit-and-run accident
Brian Chira Wambui, the Kenyan TikTok star passed away after a hit+and run car accident.
Reports have disclosed that the controversial content creator was run over by a speeding lorry at around 4am on Saturday while drunk in Gacharage area on the Ndenderu-Ruaka Road in Kiambu County.
Confirming the incident, Kiambaa sub-county OCPD Pius Mwanthi, revealed that Chira was hit by a white canter while heading home from a night out in the company of a friend.

According to police reports filed Karuri Traffic Base , Chira was being taken home by his friend Zeleck Momanyi Alfonso on a motorbike when the tragedy happened.
Momanyi divulged that he met Chira at Ciero Resort after he (Chira) was thrown out by security personnel for causing Chaos in the entertainment joint.
“It happened that they were coming from Ciero Resort at the Gacharage area near Total Petrol Station where Zeleck Momanyi Alfonso had passed while on his way to his house and found Brian Chira being taken out of the resort by security guards claiming he was drunk and causing chaos and the resort was closing,” stated the report.

On reaching the Gacharage roundabout, Chira is said to have alighted the motorbike and then ran to the main road where he was knocked down and died on the spot.
“Upon reaching Gacharage roundabout, Brian requested Momanyi and the rider of the motorcycle namely Abdul Charo via phone to take him to his house and they then passed the service lane towards Ruaka but headed towards Ndenderu on the wrong side and on reaching the location of the accident, Brian alighted and ran to the main road,”the police report disclosed.

“Zeleck Momanyi then followed him for he was drunk and before he could reach him, he was hit by a white canter which did not stop.”
His body has since been taken to the City Mortuary.
