Kabarak University Facebook page Hacked Kenyans have raised after an alleged Highschool students hacked Kabarak University Facebook page. Online detectives noticed all was not well 5 days ago when the page began publishing funny clips. On Saturday 7th May, the cyberpunk came out clear and revealed that he had hacked the social media account. The hacker claimed he did so while having fun. "hello everyone, here I just want to clarify about this account that was hacked, to be honest I was just having fun so don't take the posts I publish seriously, once again I'm sorry," the hacker wrote. The IT genius who identified himself as a student of Jakarta's IT-based high schools challenged the university to recover their page, adding that he will not return it. "I will not return this account, but I challenge all of you to reclaim this account immediately-regards a student from one of Jakarta's IT-based high schools." Hours later, the boy asked the boy demanded Ksh. 67K to return the page. According to him, the amount was so small for such a big university. " I also have another option, you guys just give me 500$ , and I'll bring this page back, the offer is cheap for a big university." A section of Kenyans have now raised concerns after the university which offers IT courses failed to recover their social media account. Several Kenyans camped on the page's comment section demanding answers from the University's IT department. Why have they failed to retrieve the school's page from the hacker So this school produced computer scientists and IT gurus who can not help recover their account. So the hacker is apologizing? Thousands of teachers recruited by Teachers Service Commission to serve in junior secondaries have veen forced to turn to sukuma wiki and debts amidst the biting economic times. While taking to social media, the tutors who have not received salaries for the last four months have lamented that they are almost giving up. The over 30,000 teachers reported to work on February early this year. They are however yet to receive their first pay, even as the economic times continue to worsen. Kenya National Examination Council Examiners have also complained over the delayed allowances, months after completing the examination exercise. Thousands of teachers who took part in invigilation and marking of 2022 KCSE have complained that they have not received their allowances, yet the exercise was completed early this year. "KNEC is turning out to be a scam. 5 months after exam was released, we have not received our dues," yet another aggrieved teacher wrote.

Televangelist pastor Ezekiel Odero has for the past few days been trending on social media following his arrest. The preacher is facing charges over his linking to pastor Mackenzie's Shakahola deaths. The leader of NewLife Prayer Center, was accused of aiding suicides, and secretely burying the victims. Pastor Ezekiel Not Guilty, Lawyer Says A team of lawyers lead by Danstan Omari and Cliff Ombeta have however disputed claims that Shakahola deaths have any links with NewLife Prayer Center. The legal team however acknowledged that some followers died at pastor Ezekiel's church while being prayed against various ailments. While speaking outside port police station where pastor Ezekiel is being held, Omari said that only 15 people died while receiving prayers. "In the one year and a month that the institution has been in existence, around 15 people have died within Pastor Ezekiel's premises," said Omari. City lawyer Cliff Ombeta further noted that all the deaths were reported to the authorities in accordance with the law. "As at now the facts that we have is that none of the dead at Ezekiel church has died from fasting. Nobody lives there apart from employees who reside at the church," said Ombeta. The lawyers also faulted the reasoning of police, that Pastor Ezekiel buying Times Tv Station from Pastor Mackenzie had anything to do with Shakahola deaths. Lawyer Jared Mogolo wondored what by a Tv station had to do with Shakahola incident. According to him, if the analogy was to be applied on second hand item buyers, that many people would be found guilty of sins they did not commit. Emotions high as Danny Miles Succumb to Soft tissue Sarcoma

Danny Miles, the cancer patient from Kisumu who pleaded with Safaricom to care for his daughter after he died, has succumbed to the illness. The 24-year-old, Maurice Ochieng, from Muhoroni succumbed to soft tissue sarcoma cancer while receiving palliative treatment at a Kisumu hospital. "It attacked again and i really suffocated.Whatever Happens, I Belong to God🙏." was his last message before he died. Danny Miles caught the attention of Kenyans after he wrote an emotional message to Kenya Giant Telecommunication Company, Safaricom. In his massage, Danny disclosed that Soft Tissue Sarcoma was eating him away day by day. “Helloo Safaricom,Iam Maurice ochieng known as Danny Miles.Iam from muhoroni town.In march last year i was diagnosed with cancer,soft tissue sarcoma.Its eating me up for sure.Day by day iam feeling.” Danny Wrote. Residents of Maliku village in Katulani district are in shock after a form two student was found dead days after willing a Ksh.200K bet. An outcry erupted in a village in Kitui County after a form two boy was allegedly killed a few days after winning two hundred thousand Kenyan shillings in a lottery game. Reports have revealed that the boy the boy won the bet two weeks a go after he correctly predicted the outcome of Cup final match between Manchester United and Newcastle United. The form two students used his neighbour's ID to register the phone line he was using with the phone to participate in online lottery games and that day, luck stood in his favor and he won the money. According to the family, the boy did not reveal that he had won the huge sum of money. He however hinted to his mother after he requested to be transferred to boarding schools, adding that he will pay the fees without clarifying the source of money. The body of the student was discovered in a thicket on Saturday, March 4, six days after he disappeared, with his eyes removed. The boy left home on February 27, to go to school as usual but did not return home that evening. The family waited for him until the second day when he also failed to return home and when they arrived at school they were told that he had not been at school in the two weeks and that he was missing from home. His body, with his eyes removed, was discovered in the bush six days after he was last seen - Saturday, March 4. According to the report, site where his body was found had motorcycle tire tracks, indicating that he may have been killed elsewhere and his body taken somewhere on a motorcycle, the newspaper reported.
