Popular cross-dresser Kevin Kinuthia has continued to elicit mixed reactions among Kenyans online after referring to himself as a girl.
Heated debate over the gender orientation of the content creator has dominated the social media.
A while a go, Kinuthia came out to defend himself after Kenyans accused him of being a member of LGBTQ.
While speaking in an interview, he mantained that his online stunts are purely money driven.
“There is nowhere I have ever said that I am not a man. I do my stuff for money,” he said.

In a twist of event, Kinuthia sparked mixed reactions after she identified herself as a girl.He shared a photo of himself wearing a black corset, a white high-low tulle skirt, and black high heels on Instagram. He also had his baby pink nails painted and his hair braided.
“A small girl with a big God 🥰❤️ 2023 we are counting big blessings….” he captioned the photo.
