Shock As 97-year Old Grandpa Marries A 30 Year Old Woman

It is celebrations for a 97-year-old grandpa from Uasin Gishu county for finally finding love. It is alleged that elderly man from Soy in Uasin Gishu has never married.
The overjoyed man tied knot to his fiancee on January 14, 2022 in a colourful event attended by friends.
The function which was took place in a Catholic Church, was presided by priests.

While speaking, Sally Chepkoech who is a family member confirmed that the 97-year-old has never been married in his life.

According to her, the nonagenarian was so excited to finally find his rib. Being among the attendees, Sally further revealed that family and friends ate and danced as they witnessed the new dawn for Mzee Johanna Arap Butuk.
“It was such a big wedding ceremony presided over by the priests of the Catholic church. The priests came to our home compound for the ceremony,” Sally said.

In the interview with local media TUKO NEWS, Sally further said that Mzee Butuk finally bowed to the pressure of getting married after he saw all his nieces and nephews getting married.
“Mzee Butuk bowed to pressure of getting married after we all got married. when we all tied knot he got worried on who would take care of him. That is when we actually decided to get him wife so that he could finally have someone to help him,” she added.
Sally also revealed that the 30 year old Alice Jepkorir was also excited to have a husband who would help her bring up her four children.
