Kenyan secular artist Kelvin Kioko popularly known as Bahati has shared a sweet message to his first child Mueni Bahati, whom she got from his previous relationship.
In a Fb post he published on Saturday, the father of four assured the eight years old daughter that he loves her despite the fact that they are not always together.
Mueni is the daughter of Bahati and his Ex-lover Yvette Obura.
“I love you even in my absence @Mueni_Bahati,” Bahati wrote on Facebook and accompanied the message with heart emoji to emphasize his love.
The former gospel singer accompanied the post with a old photo in which they were beautifully captured lying on grass.
Despite her parents separating many years ago, Mueni has remained part of Bahati’s family. She is seen on several occasions at Bahati’s home sharing good moments with Bahati’s other children and his current wife Diana Marua.
Last year, Mueni sparked emotions among Netizens after he dedicated a beautiful message to his Bahati during International Father’s Day.
In the video shared by Bahati on his Instagram page, Mueni praised Bahati for being a good father.
The 8 year old daughter pointed some of the good things Bahati has done for her among them being buying for them clothes, house and education.
“Happy Father’s Day, thank you for buying for a us a nice house, thanks for taking us to a nice school where teachers do not came us, thanks for ensuring I have good health, thanks for clothes and being faithful to us,” Mueni told his father.
