Sultana Actress Bwire Ndubi Succumbs To Cancer

Kenyans were crushed by the news of the passing on of former Citizen Tv’s Sultana actress Winnie Bwire Ndubi. Bwire, affectionately known as Dida of Sultana, passed on after a long battle with cancer.
Her family released a statement in which they shared that Bwire passed on while undergoing treatment in Turkey.
In the statement, the family expressed deep sorrow, for losing one of them.
“It is with heavy hearts and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce Winifred Bwire Ndubi lost her battle to cancer on 5th September 2024 while undergoing treatment in Turkey.“
Additionally, the family thanked all who supported the actress, as she battled the killer disease.They informed that more details will be issued later on.
“We thank you all for your overwhelming support, prayers and generous giving during her treatment. We will share more details in due course.“
Bwire Ndubi Appealed For Financial Support
Bwire Ndubi’s death comes barely a month after she appealed for financial assistance to continue with her cancer treatment.

Ndubi was seeking Sh5 million to cover the costs of her treatment, including accommodation and meals during her stay.
In her last video appealing for help, which was shared on her social media pages on August 14, the actress explained that she was doing well with her medication until she began experiencing side effects.
