Baringo County Deputy governor Charles Kipngok dead
Baringo deputy Governor Charles Kipngok has been confirmed dead.
Kipngok was set to board Kenya Airways flight to Mombasa where he was to attend the induction workshop for governors organized by Council of governors.
The Baringo County’s second in command reportedly developed breathing difficulties while the plane was still on the ground.
He was few minutes later pronounced dead.
In a statement released by JKIA, the flight company has admitted client dying while about to take a flight.
“Kenya Airways PLC (KQ) regrets to announce that a passenger developed breathing difficulties this evening while boarding KQ612 that was scheduled to depart for Mombasa at 1900 hours,
The passenger was pronounced dead by the medical personnel at JKIA while the aircraft was still on the ground….,” read the statement
Charles Kipngok has been the deputy of Baringo County governor Benjamin Chesire Cheboi.

Some of Nairobi business people said that they will close their businesses on the day to avoid unnecessary losses.A section of Kenyans further listed a number of young persons who should be in front line. They include; Winnie Odinga and Raila Junior. They are the ODM leader Raila Oding's children. Raila is the force behind the planned Mass action. Winnie Odinga was recently nominated as member of Parliament for EALA. George Mariga. He is Martha Karua's son. He is works as news reporter at KTN. Karua was the Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya Alliance Deputy President designate. She is very vocal in pushing for the mass action.Kalonzo Musyoka's children.
