Waihiga Mwaure concedes defeat, endorses William Ruto ahead of Presidential results announcement


The Agano party presidential aspirant Waihiga Mwaure has conceded defeat ahead of Presidential results announcement. While giving a press breifing, the evangelist-turned -politician has disclosed that his move has been necessitated by thorough consultation.
“Dear Kenyans, we wish too concede defeat in the presidential elections of the year 2022,” he began
Waihiga Mwaure has further noted that the figures in the Presidential results tally favors deputy President William Ruto. In his address, Waihiga now want Independent and Electoral Boundaries commission, to announce announce Ruto as the winner if the final tally favors him.
“We have also with a team have been following the ongoing exercise going on Bomas and noted that the figures there are consistently and undoubtedly in favor of deputy President William Ruto……..Even as we concede we wish to call on IEBC to stand firm, steadfast and resolute on its task and mandate and announce the winner when that time comes.”
Waihiga Mwaure has further endorsed William Ruto as the leading candidate
“As we concede we also the winning trend his excellency Dr.William Samoei Ruto as the leading candidate. We urge the IEBC to be fervent in declaring his win when it is time to do so,” he added

Mwaure now says he is ready to support and work with William Ruto.
