The group also owns several other media stations/channels; KTN Home, KTN News, Burudani TV, and Farmers TV among others. In 2020 and 2021, the media house was accused of not paying up its staff journalists. This made many anchors, reporters, and producers to publicly quit the station. John Marete (Weru TV) John Marete is the face behind popular vernacular news channel Weru Tv. He was formerly working as the head of camera at Citizen Tv. Marete launched Weru Tv in 2016 after he lost his job at Citizen Tv. He later launched Weu FM to counter RMS -owned Muuga FM. Weru Tv has ever since grown to be the leading news channel in both Meru and Tharaka Nithi County. Rodgers Kipempe Mpuru (Meru Tv) Rodgers Kipempe Mpuru is the son of Tigania East MP Mpuru Aburi. Young as he is, Kipempe isj a business mogul and the Secretary-General of NOPEU political party. Rodgers is the owner of MERU TV, one of the top vernacular stations in the country. He also owns Thiiri FM- an upcoming radio station.The two stations broadcasts in Kimeru language. Kipempe came into limelight after media uncovered his vast wealth. The politician's son is rumoured to have over 18 expensive cars. Additionally, Kipempe has interests in the banking sector owning microfinance that targets and empowers business people and farmers through loans and agribusiness projects. Chepkwony Joshua He is the owner of Kass TV . The Tv channel operates under Joshua Chepkowny’s Kass Media Group, which transmits in the Kalenjin language. While speaking in an interview, Chepkwony Jushua revealed the idea of setting up Kass TV came up through requests by the fans of Kass FM. It was first vernacular television network, with an average of 5.1 hours of viewing each week, according to a report published in 2021.

Kenyan singer-cum-entrepreneur Tanasha Donna left Kenyans in shock after she revealed plans to leave Kenya for good. The 'Song Is Sawa' crooner said that she is not happy with the current state of the country planning to leave together with a family. The model went further and cited some of the reasons she made such a surprise move. According to her, the country is in a total mess. She even affirmed that she very serious about her decision. "Total mess rn** cause we do progress in various other ways but it's like since 2023 every day something absurd happening. Kenya Wagwan? I ain't gonna lie, this country is a total mess. I am just trying to take my family and baggage and leave for good." However, Tanasha did not disclose where she is planning to relocate to.

Musa Hasahya Kasera A 68-year old Ugandan man has continued to shock many across the world over his large family. Musa Hasahya Kasera who has married 12 wives is a father of 102 children and 578 grandchildren. While speaking to AFP the ageing man revealed the burden of providing for the large family. He said that he has opted for birth control methods to prevent more child bearing. The regretful Musa said that he can no longer look after his large family well. Musa Hasahya Kasera does not know the names of all his children. "I only know the names of the first born and the last born. My wives help me identify some of my children," he noted. "I have decided enough is enough. My wives are now using contraceptives but I am not. I do not expect more. I have learned from my irresponsible behavior of having many children that I cannot take care of," he said. On why he chose to marry many wives, Musa said villagers who were attracted to his status as a trader and a butcher would gift him girls, some below the age of 18 years. The law against marrying underage girls in Uganda was abolished in 1995 but polygamy has remained a common practice. Regular Family Meeting The family of Musa Kasera conducts a meeting every month to solve disputes. Musa chair the meeting and incase of any disagreement, they solve immediately. While speaking to AFP, the local administrator lauded Musa Kasera to bringing up his children well. He noted that despite being many in number, there has been no case of theft and other minor crimes.
