Popular gospel artist Ringtone Apoko has called it quits with gospel music.
In a video shared by Nairobi gossip club, the talented ‘sisi ndio tupo’ hit-maker has announced that he now want to do love songs.
‘I want to take this opportunity to thank all fans who have been supporting me in gospel music. Its has now come to an end and i want to start making love songs. I urge you to continue supporting me,” he said.
The controversial singer has further pleaded with other Kenyan secular artists not feel threatened because of his prowess.
“I am urging other love songs maker not to feel like like we are are in competition. Let work together and uplift Kenyan music.”

Ringtone Apoko has further thanked gospel artists for supporting him.
“I want Moji short Baba, Guardian Angel and other gospel artists who have been supportive.”
