“Face Law!” – Thee Pluto Takes Tv Station To Court
Kenyan Content creator David Ndegwa popularly known as Thee Pluto has moved to court to seek justice against a local Tv for airing his content.
Thee Pluto rose to fame through his popular show dubbed ‘Loyalty Test‘. The father of two moved across the country interviewing couples in a bid to expose cheats.
While opening up through his social media account, Pluto lamented that a Local Tv known has Tandao Tv has been using his content without giving him a coin.

The creator further added that despite being linient on the Tv station and pleading with them to pay or stop airing the content, nothing much has been done.
“I’m now taking legal action!!! This is Tandao TV and they have been airing my content for months despite warning them severally to cease!They do not pay me a penny plus they got no permission from me to air it,” Thee Pluto wrote.
Pluto lamented on how difficult it is for creators to collect their content. He condemned the Tv station for using his sweat without making payment.
“Hawa wanaelewa struggle msee hupitia kwa streets tukitafuta content kweli? Kazi yao ni ku download alafu wanakuja kuair the content on their TV as their own content! (Do these people understand the struggles people go through on the streets when creating content? Their only job is to download and air other people’s content as their own. Let them face the law now!!!“Thee Pluto concluded.
