Popular Kameme FM comedian MC Ndegenye has narrated how humility helped him buy his first car.In a long post he shared on his Facebook page, Ndegenye said that most artists miss out opportunities because of pride. "Ooh ,mimi siezi chukua 5k ..oh mimi siezi chukua 10k ,,my brand is above that limit..🙄🙄its oky...Most artists reacts that way...," He wrote. The comedian went further and narrated how a cheap offer landed him into high-paying gigs. "One day ,someone called me,akaniambia Ndegenye juu nakuonanga kwa kiengei live I want you mc my ruracio event na nko na 5k peke yake....nkapiga hesabu nkaona nkitoa fare na lunch ntabaki na 1k ..that time sikuwa na gari..I told that client am oky il mc with that amount.....siku ikafika and I went ,I did my best ..infact nliperform kama mtu amelipwa 50k...and audience ilipenda....nkalipwa my 5k ... "before nitoke ,a certain old man akaniita akaniambia, " kijana mzee,nimefurahishwa na kazi yako,niko na kijana (my son) ako na the same occasion ,how much do you charge kumc," confidently I said .."full package hukuwa 300k" ..surprisingly akaniomba my account no akaeka deposit ya 200k....Wee..I went nkaperform akaniekea remaining 100k...that's how I got money nkabuy gari yangu ya kwanza " The comedian has now advised fellow artists to pick from somewhere and stop despising small jobs. MC Ndegenye: From grass to grace Mc Ndegenye is a living testimony that God can use anything to uplift someone. Immediately after form four, the comedian got into hustling. He worked as a shambaboy and also sold juakali jikos. He rose to fame when famous Kikuyu media personality Muthee Kiengei featured him in his show. His popularity grew so fast and he is now making huge living from Tv shows, events emceeing and brand promotion. In 2022, the comedian was over the moon after he facelifted his parents to a permanent house. He disclosed that the move was one of his dreams cone true.

Kenyan singer-cum-entrepreneur Tanasha Donna left Kenyans in shock after she revealed plans to leave Kenya for good. The 'Song Is Sawa' crooner said that she is not happy with the current state of the country planning to leave together with a family. Thousands of teachers recruited by Teachers Service Commission to serve in junior secondaries have veen forced to turn to sukuma wiki and debts amidst the biting economic times. While taking to social media, the tutors who have not received salaries for the last four months have lamented that they are almost giving up. The over 30,000 teachers reported to work on February early this year. They are however yet to receive their first pay, even as the economic times continue to worsen. KNEC EXAMINERS ALSO IN TEARS Well, JSS teachers are not alone. Kenya National Examination Council Examiners have also complained over the delayed allowances, months after completing the examination exercise. Thousands of teachers who took part in invigilation and marking of 2022 KCSE have complained that they have not received their allowances, yet the exercise was completed early this year. "KNEC is turning out to be a scam. 5 months after exam was released, we have not received our dues," yet another aggrieved teacher wrote.

Kenyan Mugithi and gengetone artist Peter Miracle Baby is a lover of good things in life and he is not afraid to show it on social media. He recently left fans in shock after flaunted a bill of Ksh. 87,930. The singer spent the huge cash after a night out with friends. In a video shared by his girlfriend Carol Katrue, Miracle Baby says he had to spend since his friends were around. "Baby yaani hizi ndio pesa ulitumia jana?" Carol Katrue wondered wondered why her hubby would spend huge amount of cash yet they a baby to take care of. Peter however defended the expenditure by saying that; " Eeeh kwani. Si nilaaikuwa na mabeshte zangu?" Fans on social media have expressed their disappointment in his actions seeing that last year, Katrue took to her socials asking Peter's fans to help raise Ksh 300K for him to undergo surgery to unblock his intestines. "Hae guys it's a higher time to address Peter's health. The main reason is Peter's stomach has been having issues since 2018 when he had an obstruction in the intestines. He then underwent the first surgery and was successful. Recently in 2020, the stomach started aching once in a while till yesterday when it started aching frequently and we took him to Neema where he was unconscious So the only way for him to heal is to have a second surgery which is costing Ksh. 300,000." Shortly after the appeal, Katrue told Mungai Eve that they no longer needed the money since Kenyans didn't contribute as they had expected. "The cash fans sent was only 1K. We used 70K and out of that 10 K was sent by Dennis Itumbi. The other 60K ni sisi tuliprovide."

The lady identified as Yvonne Kontoz said she was all prepared to tie knot with her fiancee. He however kept on insisting that she cut tie with the father of her daughter.
