On Thursday morning, Radio Jambo’s Gidi na Ghost Radio Show host Gidi Ogidi was asked to steer a truce between President William Ruto and Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya Alliance leader Raila Odinga.
While giving his opinion on the previous Patanisho show, one fan made it clear that the media personality has all it takes to bring the two political heavyweights into a concession.
“Gidi you do good work, look for Raila and Ruto and bring them together. You are up to the task, you are so gifted,” Hudson Mwambili from Westlands said.
In his response, Gidi who has been reuniting lovers for more than a decade however noted that he cannot engage himself with politicians. According to him, politicians are hard people to deal with hence will give him a hard time.
“I cannot deal with politicians. They are so stubborn,” Gidi said.
He noted that he would love to concentrate on reuniting his fans, adding that politicians are so selfish.
“Let me focus on regular Kenyans. I cannot put the two into talk. They are very proud.,” He said
For many years, Gidi and his co-host Jacob Ghost Mulee have been helping Kenyans with relationship issues to rebuild their unions. Many times, couples with differences agree to solve their issues through the program that runs from Monday to Friday.
Request to reunite Raila and Ruto came amidst the ongoing Azimio led Anti-government protests against the high cost of living.
