“500 shillings pelekea waganga!” Angry Pastor Ng’ang’a tell followers for taking shillings tithe

Pastor James Ng’ang’a, the founder of Neno Evangelism Church has for quite a long time continued to shock many due to his nature of expressing himself. Despite being a reputable clergy, Ng’ang’a is not afraid of speaking out on matters that touch is concern his life.
In one of the recent incident, the pastor elicited mixed reactions on social media after he weighed his opinion on tithing.
While addressing his congregation, the controversial preacher warned his followers against bring to him ‘small’ tithe. He went ahead and narrated an incident in which one of his followers brought Ksh. 500 tithe and requested him to bless her children.
“Someone came to me yesterday with Ksh. 500 tithe and requested me to remember his children and grands. 500 shillings! It’s not even enough to fuel someone’s car.. Maybe bodaboda for riders,” the angry Pastor lamented.

In a surprise move, Ng’ang’a told followers with intention of bring such an amount to him, to instead take it to the city witches.
“What kind of sacrifice is that..hio pelekea waganga..wale Wa toa mbegu.”
Reacting to his sentiments, Kenyans on social media conveyed varying opinions, with some accusing him of being greedy.
