I Regret Giving False Prophecies, Says Preacher Benny Hinn

Renown American Televangelist Benny Hinn has expressed regrets and asked for forgiveness over what he termed as allowing false testimonies and prophecies in his revival and prayers crusades. Speaking in a podcast that has gone viral, the preacher who traces his origin in Israel regretted allowing false prophecies to take a center stage in his revival meetings in different parts of the world, adding that he regrets his actions. The preacher who is popularly known for his powerful sermons said that he is a human being, subject to errors. He called upon those that follow his preachings globally to forgive him. "We are human, we all make mistakes. If there two things I regret in my service to God is that I was not wise enough on many occasions about prophetic testimonies. I had visitors that came to revival meetings and they caused harm not just on lives of people but also my reputation because their prophecies was not true." He said. The preacher who had a revival and prayers crusade in Nairobi early this year, confessed that some of his guests went beyond the voice of redemption, adding that such testimonies were lies. "There are times I thought God has given me prophecies and I went ahead to tell people. Regrettably, I wish I can take time back and do correction. Some prophecies were neither true nor from God. I'm asking for forgiveness. I'm just human." "Some went beyond the voice of redemption. Anything beyond redemption is not prophecy. We are not supposed to allow that to happen. I allowed but later stopped it."

Bahati Opens Up on Hating to Shower “Mara mbili kwa wiki”

Kenyan Singer Kelvin Kioko affectionately known as Bahati sparked wild reactions among Netizens after he declared that he will only be showering twice a week. Bahati made the declaration after his wife Diana Marua exposed him through her YouTube Channel. Marua said that her bathing towel turns brown every time they shower together. "Every time nikimpeleka kwa bafu alafu nimsugue na kitambaa ya yangu Wa white, inaturn brown," Marua lamented. Responding to the claims, Bahati admitted having trouble with showering every day. Rather Bahati said that he should be allowed to take a bath only on Tuesdays and Fridays as those are the only important days. “I accept. Mimi kuoga ni shida. Nataka tuelewane, nitakua naoga mara mbili kwa wiki. Friday juu naingia events weekend, Tuesday juu the rest of the week niko hapa na wewe. Mimi nataka ujue mimi si cabbage siwezi shinda kwa maji.” he said. In a separate scene, Bahati shared that having hard time bathing has affected his skin complexion. ” Mimi nmekubali mimi kuoga ni shida. Mi hata sahi ningekua mweupe.” he added. Diana made a joke about how he would only take a shower since he was heading to events where women would be touching him. While reacting to the video, Kenyans expressed mixed reactions, with some arguing that the content was irrelevant to them. However, some of the fan's agreed with Bahati assertion, adding bathing twice a week is more than enough for man. "Mara mbili no show off. Mwanaume anafaa kuoga Mara moja kwa wiki," a fan wrote.

According to him, spending Sh 20 million to buy a house doesn’t align with his priorities as he prefers to channel the money into business expansion and marketing strategies. Speaking during the interview on the Iko Nini podcast, the father of one addressed three prevalent false narratives his detractors love to spread about him and his business. Money-laundering: One of the most common allegations against Kairo is that he’s involved in money laundering. According to rumors, Kairo launders money for businesspeople from Arab countries—a claim that arose after a trip to Dubai coincided with a turning point in his life. “People forget that I ventured into the car business 10 years ago. Money laundering can’t sustain the lifestyle I live. You can’t be in that business and still visit countries such as the U.S., where the FBI would have you on their radar,” said Kairo. He emphasized that if he were involved in such activities, someone would have already reported him to the authorities. Drug-dealing: The narrative that followed the money-laundering accusation is that Kairo is involved in drug dealing. Kairo mentioned that his critics claimed his trips to South American countries were intended to establish connections with drug lords. “There was a scandal that I am a drug dealer and that I go to Colombia to get suppliers,” said Kairo, laughing off the accusations. Selling cars from accidents: Finally, Kairo revealed that the most recent rumor is that he sells cars from accidents. According to Kairo, online gossip suggested he sells vehicles from accidents, a claim he called a well-crafted falsehood. To shut down the rumors, Kairo offered Sh1 million to anyone who could prove they had bought an accident vehicle from him, but no one came forward.
