Kuria is known for his outspokenness and controversial statements on various issues affecting the country. He has been involved in several controversies, including being arrested in 2015 for allegedly inciting violence and hate speech. In addition to his political career, Kuria is a successful businessman and is involved in various business ventures, including the hospitality industry. Overall, Moses Kuria has made a name for himself in Kenyan politics and is considered one of the most vocal and controversial politicians in the country. Farming - Kuria has also been involved in farming, particularly in his home county of Kiambu. He has been reported to own a large farm where he grows various crops and keeps livestock. While speaking during his vetting for the cabinet secretary position, Moses Kuria revealed that he is worth Ksh. 750 millions. He noted that his wealth is majorly drawn from his businesses and investments.
